Case 11-26 Patricia P. Kenefick, 10 Ridgewood Road, request for variances to allow the rear section of the roof to be raised 3’ (a 20’ x 24’ section) with no change in footprint.
Case 11-27 – Daniel Peck, 38 Saltaire Drive, request for variances to allow the retention of the increase in height of the rear section of roof that was raised 4’ (rear roof dimension 15’ x 22’).
Case 11-28 – Lawrence & Heidi Lapila, 20 Swan Avenue, request for variances to allow placement of a generator within 10’ of the side property line, 12’ is required.
